I first turned to Jason for guidance on how to consolidate and save my collection of 15,000+ photos and videos from multiple computers, cameras, video cameras and phones. (Other parents will feel my pain with this.) He helped me gather and store them so I could easily locate and view them at any time. He also talked me through the use of iMovie and the cloud (to save space on my devices) and saved his helpful tutorials on my computer so I could revisit them after our sessions. I will periodically call upon Jason to help me when I have particularly large new batches of videos and photos I need help with.

Jason has also become a valuable resource to me now that I am self-employed and working from home. Having lost access to a large corporate IT department, he has become my personal IT expert. He has helped get new Mac devices up, running and customized. He provides recommendations on the best add-ons and things to avoid. Just this week, I contacted him with an Excel for Mac emergency and he took his time to work through a solution with me.
